The Sillpan/Silltray Window Flashing System

<>The Sillpan Window Flashing System protects against damage from water intrusion below windows and doors, and will direct any moisture in these areas away to the exterior of the building.
  How does water enter the window opening?
  • Condensation on the under side of the window unit
  • Failure of a miter joint (damaged during delivery or fitting)
  • A head or jamb flashing may fail
  • Blocked holes in the condensation channels can cause leaks

Features of the Sillpan: 

  • Positive fall directs all moisture to the exterior of the building
  • The sturdy construction provides support for the window
  • PVC material for easy and safe installation and durability in all climates

Accessories:

  • “Stop Ends” are fixed in place with adhesive
  • Self draining “Support Wedges” to give support to heavy window/door units
  • Jointers can join lengths together for large windows and to eliminate waste
